About Us

Welcome to the Aboite Civil Township Office. We have developed this website as a resource tool for our residents who want a better understanding of township government and the services we offer.

A Township Trustee is an elected official in the local government. A township trustee oversees the township's parks, emergency services and assistance program.  Current Trustee Mike Meyers took office on January 1, 2019.

Fire Protection Our Township is served by the dedicated members of the Aboite Township Volunteer Fire Department, which is funded by the township office.
Cemetery Maintenance The Township maintains a public cemetery.

Emergency Financial Assistance to Township residents who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties

Food Pantry Aboite residents in need of food may visit our food pantry during business hours.  To make donations to the food pantry please review our list of requests and drop your donations to us during business hours.

 
Upcoming Events

The playground has reopened!!  Please be sure to take your hand sanitizer and help your children follow social distancing guidelines.

Our annual summer concerts are planned for Wednesday evenings at 7pm in July and August.  We ask that all attendees follow social distancing guidelines so that we can continue to offer this Aboite Township summer tradition!
