Aboite Civil Township Office
About Us
Welcome to the Aboite Civil Township Office. We have developed this website as a resource tool for our residents who want a better understanding of township government and the services we offer.
Trustee Mike Meyers took office on January 1, 2019 and has made great improvements to many areas of our township during his term. Through his efforts Aboite Township residents now have improved fire service with the addition of daytime, weekday firefighters on duty. Mike has built cooperative working relationships with community partners such as the YMCA and SACS. Under his guidance the Township Assistance program has expanded to include a food pantry, payee programs and collaboration with area churches to better serve our residents. Mike has also worked tirelessly to make improvements to Indian Trails and Van Hoozen Parks, including playground painting and maintenance, baseball field upgrades, a nature trail and security.
