About Us

Welcome to the Aboite Civil Township Office. We have developed this website as a resource tool for our residents who want a better understanding of township government and the services we offer.

A Township Trustee is an elected official in the local government. A township trustee oversees the township's parks, emergency services and assistance program.  Current Trustee Mike Meyers took office on January 1, 2019.

Fire Protection Our Township is served by the dedicated members of the Aboite Township Volunteer Fire Department, which is funded by the township office.
Cemetery Maintenance The Township maintains a public cemetery.

Emergency Financial Assistance to Township residents who are experiencing temporary financial difficulties

Food Pantry Aboite residents in need of food may visit our food pantry during business hours.  To make donations to the food pantry please review our list of requests and drop your donations to us during business hours.

 
Upcoming Events
The Aboite Township office will be closed on Monday, January 18th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
The park entrance gate is closed to vehicle traffic for the season.  You can still park at the front lot to enjoy a walk around the park and visit the playground.
The Pickleball have been removed for the season.
